Natural Spirulina Powder Lemonade

Ingredient:

  • ½ liter of water
  • 10g of Natural Spirulina Powder
  • 3 lemos 
  • Natural sweetener to taste
  • Ice

Preparation:

  • Cut and squeeze the juice from the 3 lemons.
  • Add the 10g of natural spirulina powder.
  • In a blender, add ½ liter of water, the lemon juice, spirulina powder, natural sweetener, and ice to taste.
  • Blend everything together.
  • Serve and enjoy.​



Hummus de Betabel

Ingredient:

  • 1 tablespoon of natural beetroot powder.
  • 1 can of chickpeas. 
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin. 
  • 1 garlic clove.
  • 2 lemons.
  • Pinch of sal.

Preparation:

  • Add 1 can of chickpeas to a blender. 
  • Add 1 tablespoon of natural beetroot powder.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. 
  • Add the garlic clove.
  • Add the juice of 2 lemons.
  • Blend everything together.
  • Add salt to taste. 
  • Serve and enjoy.​


Bowl de Espirulina

Ingredient:

  • 1 tablespoon of natural spirulina powder.
  • Natural yogurt. 
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Fruit of your choice.
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds

Preparation:

  • In a blender, add natural yogurt. 
  • Add 1 tablespoon of natural spirulina powder.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 
  • Blend everything well until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl. 
  • Add your preferred fruit on top. 
  • Finally, sprinkle some chia seeds and granola, and enjoy!



Smoothie de​ Betabel 

Ingredient:

  • ½ cup of chopped pineapple.
  • ½ cup of chopped green apple.
  • 1 cup of orange juice. 
  • 1 tablespoon of natural beetroot powder.

Preparation:

  • In a blender, add the chopped pineapple and green apple.
  • Add the orange juice. 
  • Finally, add the tablespoon of natural beetroot powder. 
  • Blend everything until well combined.
  • Serve and enjoy!



Honey Chicken


Ingredient:


  • 1 cup of flour.
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 800 grams of chicken, cut into medium cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives.
  • For the honey garlic sauce:
  • 1⁄3 cup of liquid honey (such as Miel Dorada de la Bajura).
  • 1⁄3 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1⁄4 cup of watter
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch


Preparation:


  • Coat the chicken cubes with flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat a pan with oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix the liquid honey (such as Miel Dorada de la Bajura) with soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. 
  • Heat the mixture for 3 minutes, then add the cornstarch diluted in water and cook for 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the fried chicken to the sauce and stir until well coated.
  • Serve the chicken and sprinkle some chopped chives on top.

Peanut Butter Thai Sauce

Ingredient:


  • 2 tablespoons of PEANUT BUTTER from NATURAL BITES.
  • 1/4 cup of fish sauce.
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
  • Juice of 1 lemon.
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.


Preparation:


  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you achieve a creamy texture.
  • If you prefer a thinner sauce, add water to taste.
  • Add it to your Pad Thai and enjoy!
