These terms and conditions govern the use of the website www.greensolutionscr.com, owned by Green Solutions Tiquicia SRL (hereinafter referred to as "Green Solutions"), with corporate ID 3-102-631365 and located in La Uruca, 200 meters North and 25 meters West of Capris, in front of RESOCO, San José, Costa Rica; which offers distance sales of products via the internet. These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to sales made through the online shop of Green Solutions Tiquicia SRL.
Access to and use of the website, governed by Law No. 7472, the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection Act, implies the user’s express and full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions in the version published at the time the user accesses the site, notwithstanding any specific conditions that may apply to certain services offered on the website.
The user acknowledges that access to this website and the contents included in it is performed freely and consciously, under their sole responsibility. Users access the website free of charge, although Green Solutions reserves the right to restrict access to certain contents or services, requiring prior registration of their information before granting access.
The user is not authorized to reproduce or transmit the contents of this website without prior authorization from Green Solutions.
The user agrees to use the personal data provided through this website in a lawful manner and in compliance with the applicable regulations in Costa Rica. Under no circumstances shall the owner of the website be held responsible for the inappropriate or malicious use of personal data by third parties, including, but not limited to, its use for unauthorized commercial purposes or processing performed without consent.
The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and updating of the information provided on this website. The owner of the website shall not be held liable for any damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user, nor for any misuse that may occur with the data entered by the user.
The owner of the website implements reasonable security measures to protect users’ personal data; however, it cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. The user assumes the inherent risk of using the internet and releases the owner of the website from any liability arising from unauthorized access or data loss that may occur despite the security measures implemented.
The owner of the website shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the misuse of the information provided through this website, including, but not limited to, its misuse by other users or third parties.
Delivery Conditions
Any purchase made through www.greensolutionscr.com will be delivered to the customer at the specified location, whether it is their residence or place of work. If, for any reason, the customer is not present or there is no authorized person to receive the order, it will be returned to the Green Solutions warehouse, and an advisor will contact the customer to reschedule delivery. If this occurs more than twice due to reasons beyond the company’s control, an additional delivery charge will be applied, depending on the delivery area.
In the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM):
- Orders over ¢50,000 (before VAT) qualify for FREE shipping.
- If the order is less than ¢50,000 (before VAT), a shipping fee will be charged and added to the invoice.
Outside the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM):
There are two shipping options: by courier or during a delivery route.
- If the shipment is made by courier, the cost will depend on the destination of the order. If the amount is less than ¢50,000 (before VAT), the transfer fee to the courier plus the courier’s cost at the destination will be charged.
- If the shipment is made via our truck’s delivery route, it must adhere to the cutoff dates, which are two days before the truck leaves on its route. Otherwise, or if the merchandise is not available, the customer must wait until the next scheduled route to the area, unless arrangements are changed and the difference for courier shipping is paid.
Orders can be placed by the customer through our online store (www.greensolutionscr.com) 24 hours a day, or by calling our offices at (2290-6770 / 2290-6780) during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The customer will receive an order confirmation at their email address (please check the spam or junk folder). If this part of the process does not occur, there may be a technical issue. Please write to us or call us so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.
The product features and their prices in colones are those displayed on the screen. When you add one or more products to the “Cart,” you can view its contents at the top right of the page by clicking on “Shopping Cart.”
Order Cancellation and Merchandise Return
Si un cliente pone una orden y paga el monto correspondiente pero quiere variar o cancelar el pedido, debe comunicarse a nuestras oficinas por medio de correo electrónico info@greensolutionsccr.com o llamar por teléfono en un plazo no mayor a 8 días naturales.
En caso de que el cliente ya haya recibido la orden, tiene un plazo de 8 días naturales para realizar una posterior devolución de los producto(s). Los mismos deberán estar en perfectas condiciones. Green Solutions se abstendrá en recibir aquellos productos que se encuentren dañados o abiertos y que en su defecto no se encuentren en óptimas condiciones para la venta. El cliente deberá llevar el producto a las oficinas de Green Solutions, o bien solicitar el servicio de mensajería de un tercero cuyo costo deberá asumir en su totalidad.
Si el producto fue adquirido por modalidad de oferta, no se permite la devolucion.
All products sold on www.greensolutionscr.com come with a warranty from the manufacturer or distributor of at least 30 days in case of a warranty claim.
Warranties are valid upon presentation of the original invoice.
The prices indicated on the website include sales tax, applied according to the legislation relevant to the nature of each consumer good.
The accepted payment methods for purchases made on the website are debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) at the time of product delivery, or bank transfer or SINPE Mobile to the accounts specified on the website.
Privacy Policy
According to the Law on the Protection of Individuals Regarding the Processing of Their Personal Data (Law No. 8968), any personal data provided through registration on this site will be used exclusively for service management by Green Solutions or the Nacascolo Group. They will not be used for other purposes without your prior consent.
The data subject gives their express and informed consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with Law No. 8968 and the current regulations in Costa Rica. The data subject may revoke their consent at any time by submitting a written request to info@greensolutionscr.com, without such revocation affecting the legality of processing carried out prior to the revocation. The data subject has the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object to the processing of their personal data at any time, as established by Law No. 8968. To exercise these rights, a request can be sent to info@greensolutionscr.com.
We commit to adopting the necessary security measures to protect the personal data we process against any alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, in accordance with the current regulations in Costa Rica.
In the event it becomes necessary to transfer your personal data to third parties, whether inside or outside Costa Rica, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure that such transfer complies with legal requirements and is carried out securely.
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the established purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.
