Alkaline CIP Gallon

CIP Acid is a concentrated acid detergent for recirculating cleaning of all types of surfaces, machinery and elements of the food industry. It is formulated by acid methanesulfonic for the removal of limescale residues, calcium soap flakes and magnesium, as well as rust and mineral stains from the water.

Advantages
- It does not contain volatile acids, so it does not cause respiratory damage to production operators.
- To be applied to floors, walls, utensils and food preparation equipment.
- It can be used in piping systems as it is a foam-free product.
- It does not contain phosphoric or nitric acid, so it does not cause eutrophication problems.
- In 5 minutes, each liter of 0.3% v/v product dissolves 329 ± 2 mg CaCO3.
- Highly concentrated, doses of up to 65 mL per 25 liters of water can be used.
- Its concentration can be monitored by means of conductimetric measurement systems.

How to Use
- Recirculation: Dilute at a rate of 0.4
– 0.60 mL/L of product and let it recirculate for 10-20 minutes at a temperature between 60-80°C.
- Spray and pressure washing: It is diluted at a rate of 1.0-3.0 mL/L with water. The surface is applied by spraying and left to act for 15 minutes. It is rinsed with water afterwards.
