Description: Made with single-origin beans from Finca La Dorada, in the San Carlos region of Huetar Norte. The Mejía family has been producing award-winning beans since 2013 on their 36-hectare property. Their agroforestry project includes cacao developed by the Tropical Agricultural Center (CATIE) in Costa Rica, which produces chocolate with an intense cacao base and nutty notes.
